The Workplace Tune Up (WTU) is a leading health and wellbeing screening tool delivered online. Participants receive tailored results and recommendations as well as ongoing support from the OzHelp wellbeing support team.

Your workplace Tune Up report incorporates your workplace rating and benchmarking on a number of validated and reliable measures in employee health and wellbeing including:

  • AusD risk- diabetes risk assessment,
  • Chronic disease risk assessment.
  • WEWMBS wellbeing scale.
  • PHQ 9 Depression scale.
  • Productivity measures as linked to directly to wellbeing. (SPS6)

 

The data in the report has been de-identified and is intended solely to give a snapshot of your organisation to provide a tool to measure the effectiveness of your activity and to give you an evidence base to inform what intervention you may consider undertaking in the space.

What are the benefits for my employees?

Participants receive results and recommendations that are individualised based on their own health data. Finding out their individual diabetes risk, chronic disease risk, healthy weight targets, wellbeing score, nutrition and physical exercise recommendations and referrals to medical practitioners such as GP’s and Dentist.

Follow Up Coaching Support – Participants will have ongoing access to a health and wellbeing coach from OzHelp’s Wellbeing Support Team made up of trained health and wellbeing professionals.

What are the benefits for employees?

Participants of WTU receive individualised results, tailored physical and mental health recommendations of which a sample is included in appendix 1 as well as follow up with the OzHelp Wellbeing Support Team as required (If triggered) or requested.

Individualised Recommendations and Results Results are individualised based on click patterns of participant’s health data. Participants receive results via email.

What prompts a follow up for employees?

System is calibrated to trigger a follow up call depending on click patterns and results of individual participants. System triggered follow ups include; Diabetes Risk Assessment, Physical Health Rating, Mental Health Rating, Overall Health Rating, Bullying, Discrimination, Alcohol Habits and WEMWMBS wellbeing score.

Can the WTU incorporate in person follow up from OZHELP?

OzHelp are available to attend your workplace to administer the rollout of the WTU or to do follow up support in person. This can incur an additional cost.

Who are in the Wellbeing Support Team?

All members of OzHelps’ wellbeing support team are trained extensively in solutions focused brief therapy and includes registered nurses. Our strengths based support is designed to give short term and immediate strategies around improving both health and wellbeing.

Is there an Evidence Base?

The programme is evaluated by the University of Wollongong, Graduate School of Medicine. Participants also receive follow up contact three months after their tune up to evaluate outcomes.

Where does Ozhelp derive the data for benchmarking?

The benchmarks used in the report consist of a combination of live benchmarking from OzHelp data over the past 6 years and population health data where appropriate.

What are the privacy and security measures in place?

To attain accreditation under the national mental health standards (NMHS), Ozhelp has to demonstrate highest levels of compliance to the Privacy Act and the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights through all staff training, competencies, policies, procedures and business practices around client privacy and data in the healthcare space.

What are the security measures in place to protect the data we provide you?
