Why Are OzHelp and Autumn Creating a Hormone Health Program?

Alarmingly, approximately 80 percent of women suffer from hormone imbalances and either accept these issues as an inevitable aspect of life or search for solutions that often come up short, despite the abundance of therapies and supplements available.

Autumn found herself in exactly this position. After suffering from symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, acne, and difficulty handling the stress in her life, Autumn discovered her hormones were out of balance.

She spent two years of trial and error, diligently researching ways to address her symptoms, achieve better balance, and help women who were dealing with hormone symptoms and a never-ending cycle of frustration like she was. And she found a way.

We want to empower women to take charge of their hormone health and live their best lives, regardless of age or stage.

What Are Common Symptoms of Hormone Imbalance?

Hormone imbalance manifests in various ways, and can affect women of all ages. Common symptoms that may indicate a hormone imbalance include:

  • Difficulty shedding pounds or unexplained weight gain
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Fatigue and low energy
  • Brain fog and difficulties with focus, impacting productivity and overall well-being
  • Mood swings, bloating, cravings
  • Hot flashes and night sweats

The good news is that you can do something about these symptoms. Belle Vitale is about helping put you back in control so that you can get back to feeling like yourself again.

What Is a Comprehensive Solution and What Will It Do for Me?

A comprehensive approach liberates you from the notion of accepting hormone imbalance symptoms as an unavoidable reality.

Working with a team of doctors and experts, Autumn learned that by integrating various lifestyle adjustments, such as nutrition, supplements, exercise, and stress management, a complete, comprehensive program is key to reclaiming vitality and balance.

We’ve curated this solution to take the guesswork out of the equation, offering clarity and confidence as you navigate your journey toward optimal health and well-being.

What Kind of Fitness Does Belle Vitale Offer?

Belle Vitale offers a dynamic combination of Pilates, strength training, and cardio workouts carefully crafted to help strengthen your body, manage your symptoms, and improve overall well-being.

Central to our program are Track Pilates workouts that mimic the moves typically done on a Reformer, chosen by Autumn for their benefits to women’s bodies.

Pilates emphasizes low-impact movements, promoting muscle strength, flexibility, and stability without placing excessive stress on joints or tissues. This gentle yet effective approach aligns seamlessly with the goals of hormone health, fostering a supportive environment for women of all ages.

What Are the Two New Supplements and Why Are They So Unique?

Belle Vitale introduces two revolutionary supplements with clinically studied key ingredients formulated to help combat symptoms of hormone imbalance, focusing on stress support, healthy metabolism, and helping support healthy blood sugar levels.*

The first, Daily Hormone & Stress Support, is a game-changer in helping combat the effects of stress and helping support hormone health. The second supplement, Daily Metabolism & Blood Sugar Support, helps enhance the body’s natural fat-burning mechanisms, promoting a healthy metabolism, and mitigating blood sugar spikes following meals.*

So many of the solutions out there require multiple supplements, but Autumn and her team worked hard to bring you two supplements that can go a long way to helping restore balance when nutrition, stress management, and exercise aren’t enough.*

These exercises can be seamlessly integrated into your daily routine, whether in the morning, midday, or before bed to cultivate a sense of calm and enhance sleep quality in minutes

What Is the Eating Plan Like?

The Belle Vitale nutrition plan is meticulously structured into three distinct phases, each spanning four weeks.

This prescriptive program was designed with women’s health and hormones in mind to support healthy blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity so you can feel like yourself again.

Overall, the guidelines encourage a diet that is low in carbs and added sugars while prioritizing high-fiber, plant-rich foods that are gut-friendly. The inclusion of intermittent fasting further enhances metabolic function and can help support the balance of many hormones.
