Through a range of evidence-informed programs, OzHelp works in partnership with employers and communities, to help individuals build awareness of risk and protective factors for mental health and suicide, adopt self-management strategies and seek help if required.

Our approach also builds the capacity of individuals to notice the signs of distress in others, offer support and connect them to help.

“It’s slowly shifting for the better and we’ve seen the benefits of a more nurturing culture that shows genuine concern for people. This is facilitated in part by engagement with OzHelp’s mental health programs. We value their support and they are our first point of contact on these matters.”
