August is Tradies National Health Month and the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) is raising awareness of the risks posed to those who work in trade occupations—among individuals, their families, employers, and the wider community.

This health promotion event raises awareness of the health and injury risks affecting those who work in trade occupations—among tradies themselves, their families, employers, and the wider community.

The Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) reports that almost 3 in 5 serious workplace injuries involve a tradie—despite making up only 30 percent of the workforce—tradies’ health must be everyone’s priority.

Help spread the message and keep Aussie tradies healthy. Use these tips and resources to encourage tradies to look after their most valuable asset—their health.
