This short interactive workshop is designed to assist people in understanding how they can improve their health and wellbeing. This workshop is ideal for tool box talks or at events.
Participants can expect to increase their knowledge and understanding of depression, anxiety and suicide while learning strategies for personal resilience.
The program is designed to inspire participants to engage in self-care, seek help when they need it, and look out for others.

Leader Support Training is a workshop where participants can build on their current skill set to enhance their ability to connect and be a supportive leader in any organisation.
The program is designed to inspire participants to engage in self-care and to build confidence in safely communicating, supporting and referring others toward help seeking behaviours.
Peer Supporter Training is a workshop where individuals are trained in the appropriate methods and techniques to be able to assist with ‘on the ground support’ to workmates who may be experiencing a tough time.
Peer Supporter Skill Build Training is for individuals who have completed the Peer Supporter Training and would like to build upon their knowledge and skills in supporting others. (This training is only available face-to–face)
Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) aims to save lives by providing innovative, practical and proven suicide prevention training. OzHelp is accredited to deliver QPR training and has worked with QPR Institute to develop industry specific programs.
The Workplace Tune Up is a convenient way for your workforce to access a heath screen online. Our digital health check provides employees with results to encourage action and most importantly this links them with ongoing support and referral pathways if needed.
Onsite health screens are available at selected worksites. Our wellbeing support workers and nurses provide quick health assessments while workers are on the job. These health screens also link workers to ongoing support and referral pathways if needed.
These health screens are often referred to as a Tune Ups, with our Tradie Tune Ups and Truckie Tune Ups being our most successful programs that engage with both employees and contractors.
Our wellbeing support team will follow-up with anyone who has presented as at-risk through the health screen or during a training session. Workers can also call us at any time, and you can speak with us if you are concerned about someone you work with.
Anyone who participates in an OzHelp program is provided with support to help them develop plans and/or tools to address their concerns, or guide them to other services such as their doctor, a counsellor, a psychologist, or crisis services.
