Connecting for Men’s Health Week

Men’s Health Week is marked every year in the middle of June. It is an important opportunity to learn more about the health and wellbeing of Australia’s men and boys.

This year, Men’s Health Week is from the 14th – 20th June and the theme is connection. Having quality connections with mates, family members and the community can improve physical and emotional wellness. Having connection to a purpose can help too.

Whether we are men or women, we can all play a part in supporting the health and wellbeing of men in our families, workplaces and communities, and by improving the health and wellbeing of men, we can ensure a healthier, happier and stronger society for the future.
