Essential wellbeing training for building and construction industry workers.

This evidence-based program is perfect for those looking to improve their knowledge and understanding of depression, anxiety, and suicide while learning strategies for personal resilience.

Specially designed to support workers across the ACT building and construction industry, the program explores ‘what keeps us well’, encourages participants to look out for others, and seek help for themselves when they need it.

Bookings are essential.

Participants will:

  • Complete a digital health check with confidential results
  • Develop a small list of personal goals to work on
  • Gain access to support from OzHelp’s wellbeing team for up to 12 months

Key information:

  • $99 per person including GST (booking required)
  • 90-minute workshop
  • 16 participants (max)

 

The session will include:

  • A group presentation and open discussion
  • OzHelp’s ‘Wellbeing at Work’ interactive activity
  • The Workplace Tune Up (digital health check)
