As part of a multidisciplinary team, the nurse will provide support, referral pathways, and deliver training to clients using a person centred, strengths focussed brief therapy approach under the guidance of OzHelp’s Clinical Operations Manager.
Safely perform health screening and health promotion tasks as part of a mobile or web-based health check ‘tune-up’ program in accordance with relevant OzHelp policies and procedures, within scope of practice and as delegated by the Service Delivery Team Leader.
