COVID-19 Update. We are here.
OzHelp’s face-to-face training and support programs have transitioned to online delivery during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Our counselling and support services remain available through telephone and video conferencing, and our online health check, the Workplace Tune Up can be accessed by groups or individuals. This is especially suitable for those who may be isolated, working from home or in remote locations.
Over the coming weeks additional online resources and tools will be available, the first of which is a factsheet that can be downloaded here.
OzHelp recognises that this is a challenging time and we understand that feelings of anxiety and concern will be present. To help maintain perspective and feel more in control it is important to stay up to date with accurate and credible information such as those listed below:
- World Health Organization – coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak
- Australian Government coronavirus (COVID-19) health alert
- gov.au – travel information for Australian citizens
Reliable answers to many questions about COVID-19 are available on the healthdirect website coronavirus hub. You can also call the National Coronavirus Health Information Line on 1800 020 080 which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Of course, if you have concerns about your health, speak to your doctor. Phone numbers of state or territory public health agencies are available at www.health.gov.au/state-territory-contacts
