OzHelp’s face-to-face training and support programs have transitioned to online delivery during the COVID-19 outbreak.

As daily life continues to change under the current circumstances, it’s important that we all take a proactive approach to mental health and wellbeing.

Now is the time to ensure that appropriate and well-timed supports are in place as we seek to look after ourselves and take care of each other.

Support during COVID-19

OzHelp is committed to supporting you and your workplace through times of challenge, including this one. The following services are available:

We are here to help. Our support services remain available through telephone and video conferencing. You can catch a support worker during business hours or schedule an appointment for a counselling session.

Topic: Looking after yourself during uncertain times.

This 30 minute interactive talk is hosted by an OzHelp Wellbeing Support Officer and provides:

  • reassurance that at the moment, feelings of anxiety or worry are okay,
  • simple tips and routines to help people stay well,
  • a reminder about OzHelp’s wellbeing support line and national crisis support agencies,
  • a face to screen connection with a person, not a program.

Participants can log in from one location as a group, or through individual links from the comfort of their own home, or remote location. The session is suited for up to 6 participants at a time. Managers and HR Managers are encouraged to join too.
